Last night, my hubby told me that he wanted us to spend some time together with “just the two of us.” We are in the midst of moving, so my immediate response was “we don’t have any money and we need to pack.” But, I know that he is probably feeling a bit neglected because I’m pregnant with our first child (a son!) and haven’t had much energy to do anything with him for several months. So, I know I need to honor my hubby’s wishes and plan a date night for “just the two of us.”
So, what are some fun date ideas for a woman who is tired, growing larger by the minute, and saving all of her money for her baby? I’ve been thinking a bonfire and picnic at the beach, watching a movie at the drive-in (where I could go in my pj’s) or maybe even miniature golfing (although this sounds exhausting to me). Does anybody have any original ideas? Mine all seem played out.

When I first heard of this remarkable woman golfer I expected she would do wonders for the LPGA like Tiger did for the PGA. Now as her career has led her to this point of never winning a tournament on the LPGA and never making a cut on the PGA I have to wonder if her popularity will spiral down to non existence.
I personally feel that this girl could have been great if she chose to stick to the LPGA tour and win instead of making a spectical of herself on the PGA tour. She and her parents come off as prematurely arrogant and I am quite tired of it. I have completely lost interest in her and respect for her because of her bad choices.
How do you feel about her now that she has again not made a cut in a mens PGA event, and an event that didn’t even have the best players in the game over going to play in the LPGA British Open?

I am 30 and have never been pregnant. I got married a little over 3 years ago and this is really starting to take a toll on me. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19 or 20 and I have most of the symptoms (overweight, weight gain in stomach region, hair growth under chin and on top lip, infertile).
About 6 months ago I went to a new Gynecologist about ovarian pain and pain in the lower stomach area. He did an ultrasound and said I have a fibroid tumor that is about 4″ round (the size of a golf ball). He doesn’t seem to think it needs to be removed, but I have always heard that you cannot get pregnant with a fibroid.
I was taking Metformin for my irregular cycles (and yes, Metformin is commonly prescribed for this by an Endocrinologist) but got tired of the side effects. My periods were regular though. Now, they’re back off track again and I’m back to wondering if I’m pregnant.
Anybody going through this. Anybody ever ended up pregnant after months or years of worrying?
